About Casair Broadcasting

In the 2007-2008 school year, under Casair's umbrella company, Casair in conjunction with CMPS (Central Montcalm Public School) has put together a pilot program to broadcast or record events. This is done both pre-recorded or live and over Internet or FM radio. This will include Internet Audio/Radio, Internet Video/TV, FM radio or a combination. Casair is providing the equipment, data transport and technical expertise. Casair has two school-to-work employees involved; Michael Ruggles Jr. is handling the technical aspect and Chelsea Smith is handling coordination and calling the shots. They are being assisted by Kevin Wagenmaker's Multimedia class handling media and pre-recorded interviews with Sheena Sander's English class handling scripting and interview questions. Casair is excited to provide the students with experience, and also provide community with media that otherwise would not be available.

In 2009 we have been donating time and equipment to various events and have added live TV via Internet along with recording and making DVDs for later purchase.
