We are seeking candidates for the following available positions:


All positions are full time with benefits, including health insurance, health savings accounts, paid holidays, 5 vacation days + 1 per year, Simple IRA retirement with company match, company provided Life Insurance, and Smart Phone. Work only in the mid-Michigan area. Typically M-F work with some after hours and on-call rotation required.

Linux Server Tech - (1 position available)
  • Setup, configure and support of core servers and related back end systems.
  • Setup, configure and support of co-located equipment.
  • Provide technical support to Sales Dept.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Python or PHP programming experience a plus.
  • Firewall knowledge a plus.
  • VMware knowledge a plus.
  • Asterisk PBX systems knowledge a plus.
  • Windows Server experience a plus.
  • VLAN and routing knowledge a plus.

  • Experience Required:
  • At least 2 years of Linux experience with Red Hat, Debian or Ubuntu Server distributions.


  • VoIP Tech – (2 positions available)
  • Setup, configure, and support of VoIP phones and Asterisk PBX systems.
  • Provide technical support for VoIP solutions to sales staff
  • Maintain company phone system.
  • Maintain hosted customer phone systems and resolve phone issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation for customer VoIP services, including switch.
  • Co-ordinate with accounting department to ensure accurate customer billing.
  • Knowledge in sales engineering is preferred.

  • Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience supporting VoIP services.


  • Network Tech – (1 position available)
  • Setup config and support carrier class network.
  • Provide technical support to sales dept.

  • Experience Required...
  • Minimum 2 years of networking
  • Basic understanding of MLPS, VPLS, VPN, BGP and media types.
  • Certifications are a plus.


  • Fiber Installer – (2 positions available)
  • Install fiber optical to homes and businesses.
  • Must be able to operate hand tools, power equipment and small machinery.
  • Must be able to operate basic electronics to locate and test fiber.


  • Internet Installer
  • Install high speed wireless internet service to homes and business.
  • Must be able to work at heights and enclosed spaces.
  • Must be able to operate electronic testers.
  • Must be able to work effectively with the public.


  • Project Manager – Fiber Plant
  • Must be experienced working with Fiber Optics.
  • Must be experienced with supervising staff and scheduling jobs.
  • Must be experienced with pulling permits.


  • Job candidates must be insurable to drive company vehicles, bondable and pass a drug test.
