We are seeking candidates for the following available positions:
All positions are full time with benefits, including health insurance, health savings accounts, paid holidays, 5 vacation days + 1 per year, Simple IRA retirement with company match, company provided Life Insurance, and Smart Phone. Work only in the mid-Michigan area. Typically M-F work with some after hours and on-call rotation required.
VoIP Tech – (2 positions available)
Setup, configure, and support of VoIP phones and Asterisk PBX systems.
Provide technical support for VoIP solutions to sales staff
Maintain company phone system.
Maintain hosted customer phone systems and resolve phone issues
Maintain accurate documentation for customer VoIP services, including switch.
Co-ordinate with accounting department to ensure accurate customer billing.
Knowledge in sales engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year work experience supporting VoIP services.
Inside Sales Representative
Explain our plans and services to leads/customers.
Input prospective customer information into web-based customer database.
Schedule internet and phone installations.
Ensure a pleasant customer experience from beginning to end of sale.
The ability to convert prospective customers into active customers is essential.
Effective communication skills via phone, email, and computer chat are essential.
Experience with web-based sales management/customer service programs is helpful.
Working knowledge of Google Earth is a definite plus.
Install high speed wireless internet service to homes and business.
Must be able to work at heights and enclosed spaces.
Must be able to operate electronic testers.
Must be able to work effectively with the public.
Network Support/Computer Repair Tech
Provide network support services to customers by monitoring, updating, troubleshooting and repairing networks.
Provide support in office or at customer sites as requested.
Repair computers and related equipment.
Install hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot a variety of computer issues.
Work with customers to provide an optimal solution to computer issues.
Experience running diagnostic scans and maintaining computer networks.
Experience working with routers and servers.
IT Support/Help Desk Tech
Answer calls and respond to emails from customers with questions and concerns regarding internet and phone service.
Document details of customer calls within customer service “case” database.
Follow up with customers regarding status of case ticket.
Elevate customer concerns or problems to the next appropriate level of support within company.
Monitor networks and respond to alerts.
Assist wireless internet installers with network signal tests.
Working knowledge of VoIP systems, routers and email programs and effective trouble shooting experience is preferred.
Job candidates must be insurable to drive company vehicles, bondable and pass a drug test.
