Check multiple websites. Sometimes issues with slow service may just be a result of a single website that isn't functioning normally.
Restart your computer. By restarting your computer this can help to reset settings going on in the background and can correct any issues.
Clear your browser's cache. Make sure to clean your browser's cache from time to time as leaving these files sitting for too long can slow down the browser.
Have you tried a speed test? Check to make sure that you are getting close to the speeds you signed up for. You can run a test by clicking the "Speed Test" link at the left hand side of the page.
Check for hidden spyware and/or viruses. Sometimes going to certain websites can cause programs to be installed in the background without warning or your authorization. There are many free tools available such as Malwarebytes Chameleon, Avast , Microsoft Security Essentials
Slow Playback of Videos
If you are experiencing difficulties with watching videos such as YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc., there are a multiple number of variables to consider in troubleshooting your connection.

Issues with Online Gaming Services
If you are experiencing issues with gaming consoles the reasons could vary based on the equipment or possibly your Internet connection. We would first recommend to check your Internet equipment and make sure your connection is on and running (you can also refer to our Slow Connection guide above). If you are continuing to experience difficulties, please refer to the support links below to ensure there are not any issues on their end before contacting us.
If you are running PC/Mac video games and experiencing issues, please contact the software provider support, if there is one, to determine any issues that may be existing.
Restart your computer and give the computer a minute after reboot to connect to the network.
Check all cables and make sure that all power and link lights are on. Also check the Ethernet port behind your computer to make sure the light is on.
Reboot all gateways, routers, hubs, switches, or anything in between Casair's equipment and your computer.
Reboot Casair's equipment by unplugging the power supply for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. It may take a minute or two for the equipment to reboot.
If none of these methods work, please contact our Internet Support team for more assistance.
With our phone service most issues are uncommon. If you do experience any issues with your phone calls or features not working, please contact our support team directly for assistance. We strongly urge not to reset any of the equipment as this will cause total failure of your service, and your ATA device will need to be sent back for reprogramming for a fee.
