Support
and Maintenance
Network
Administration, Support and Maintenance
We can provide excellent support and maintenance for your
network if you have full or part-time network staff, we'll
support your network administrator with specific training
and experience to supplement their expertise. If you have
no computer staff, we can provide support and administrative
services. Using remote management services you'll find you
receive a fast response and actually lower the cost of your
network support. Our remote access services include network
diagnostics, performance tuning, software distribution,
server management, and backup/restore functions.
Network Monitoring
We externally monitor your systems every 5 minutes, 24/7. We diagnose network servers, web servers, and workstations for failures, latency, server down or not responding, DNS resolution, file size change, keywords, post variables, dynamic pages, secure certificates, user authentication and other common protocol errors.
We then notify you and/or your team by email, numeric/alpha-numeric pager, WAP enabled cell phone, wireless PDA, or even ICQ -- whichever way you prefer using your own configurable escalation schemes allowing for pre-scheduled server downtime and user notification options. We also provide you with detailed real-time reports about your network behavior, detailed error analysis history, and trace routes (including statistical information about each node). Using our unique remote access server, our engineers or yours can diagnose and correct problems when they occur, saving hundreds of dollars in downtime and travel to remote locations. Management of your network can be done from anywhere there is network access via the Internet.
